A summer-limited junmai ginjo from Kanbai Shuzo in Osaki, Miyagi Prefecture. It uses Miyama Nishiki at a 55% polishing ratio, with a sake meter value of +1 and acidity of 1.5. A bright aroma reminiscent of ripe strawberries, gentle sweetness and quiet acidity are in balance, and it is also known for a collaboration label with a chorus group.
