About this sake

Shinshu Kirei is produced by Okazaki Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1665 along the old Hokkoku Kaido road in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, using water from the Sugadaira system. This Junmai Daiginjo 39 is milled to a 39% rice-polishing ratio using Miyamanishiki rice grown in Nagano, positioning it among the top tier of the Shinshu Kirei lineup. It offers an elegant, refined ginjo aroma with a delicate, clear taste, showing gentle sweetness reminiscent of lychee and muscat grape with a clean finish. Alcohol content is 15%.
