About this sake

A junmai ginjo brewed by Miinokotobuki in Fukuoka Prefecture, using Yamada Nishiki at a 60% rice polishing ratio. Although very dry at a sake meter value of +14, the umami of the rice is alive: a fresh green-apple aroma is followed by faint sweetness and acidity, then a dry finish. It is also known for its distinctive double-sided label, taken from the number 14 in the basketball manga "Slam Dunk."
