About this sake

A Yamagata Prefecture-only release of Joki Gen brewed by Sakata Shuzo in Yamagata, using Tsuyahime, a sake rice recommended by the prefecture, at a 50% rice polishing ratio. Brewed with the brewery's own cultured yeast at a sake meter value of +1 and acidity of 1.3, it combines a soft, gentle aroma with fruity, juicy umami and fresh acidity. It is a limited item available only at liquor shops within Yamagata Prefecture.
