About this sake

A junmai daiginjo brewed by Emishiki Shuzo in Minakuchi, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, corresponding to the black label of 'Sensation', the contemporary series proposed by Emishiki. The rice is polished to 50%, and unlike the white label it uses Kyokai No. 7-type yeast, designed as a dry type with live acidity. Fresh aromas and prominent acidity mark the flavor, and it is presented as a sake for the table that also suits spiced ethnic dishes and Western cooking.
