About this sake

A junmai ginjo brewed by Eikun Shuzo in Shizuoka Prefecture, made carefully from rice and koji alone, without added brewing alcohol. This grade, produced by fermenting rice polished to 60% or less slowly at low temperature, is marked by a bright aroma and a soft flavor.
