A gorgeous aroma befitting the Excellent tier rises above a drier, restrained sweetness, with a low, gentle acidity forming a light body. An exceptionally clean finish reflects its cold storage, pairing well with white fish sashimi, hard cheese, refined appetizers, or tempura.
