Matsuzaki Shuzo is a traditional sake brewery founded in 1892, located in Fukushima Prefecture. This junmai daiginjo, with a 45% rice polishing ratio, emphasizes the inherent flavor of the polished rice. Hirotogawa, the brewery's flagship brand, takes its name from the historical name of the local Shakadogawa river, and uses premium sake rice grown in Fukushima Prefecture and mineral-rich water drawn from underground.
