About this sake

A tokubetsu junmai grade sake brewed at Kiyasho Shuzo in Nabari, Mie Prefecture, marked by a fresh, moist flavor in which sweetness and acidity born of low-temperature fermentation come together. The brand was created in 2005 when the sixth-generation head of the brewery became the toji himself, and the name carries the meaning of 'living the present with all one's effort, bound neither by the past nor by the future'. A different product is shipped each month.
