About

A tasting counter attached to the main shop of Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo, a long-established Obuse brewery founded in 1755. It revived traditional wooden-vat brewing in 2000 and produces only junmai and junmai daiginjo. As the name "かけつけ一杯・手盃" suggests, it is a space where sake is sold by measure and can be tasted on the spot.
