A ryotei restaurant inside Kobe Shushinkan, the brewery behind the sake Fukuju, founded in 1751. In a calm space that keeps the wooden brewery building intact, you can drink namazake available only at the brewery. Fukuju has also been served as the toast sake at the Nobel Prize banquet since 2008.
